Rocket blows off steam

Oh dear! What can the matter be,
Ronnie retiring would be a calamity,
Tell us he’s joking,ease our anxiety,
We’ll never know what he’s about.

Over the years he’s toyed with us mentally,
Chopping and changing his mind,quite intentionally,
Having us biting our nails,incidentally,
Leaving us always in doubt.

Ronnie is famous for his eccentricity,
Public and private life causing publicity,
His fan-base will rally round saying implicitly
The Rocket must never bow out.
